The Battle off Saga Prefecture was one of many battles between the Fleet of Fog and the Humans some time after the Great Naval Battle. The Japanese Government and the American Government communicated with each other several months ago and broke through the jamming from the Fleet of Fog about the Japanese sending the Vibration Warhead from a SSTO. The Fleet of Fog seemed to have gotten wind of this so Kongou ordered Nagara to prevent this from happening.
